The South Coast Tourism and Investment Enterprise (SCTIE) held its Strategic Review Session on 17 April 2026 at The Estuary Hotel & Spa, bringing together key stakeholders to assess progress and align future plans.
Attendees included SCTIE Board Directors, Ugu District Municipality, local municipalities, the KZN Sharks Board, COGTA, FEDHASA, area committee representatives and the Moses Kotane Institute, among others.
SCTIE CEO, Dr Sibiya, said: “This session reflects our shared commitment to strengthening collaboration, unlocking investment and driving sustainable tourism growth across the KZN South Coast. Together, we are building a resilient and competitive destination.”
The session reaffirmed a unified approach to advancing economic development and enhancing the region’s tourism and investment appeal.
